WHY YOGA REALLY IS FOR EVERYONE

There are lots of reasons why people think yoga is not for them. Let’s have a look at them below and hopefully it will give you some insight into your kinda yoga.

"I'm just not flexible or calm enough to do yoga."

We hear this at least once a week, to our befuddlement. That’s like saying you can’t take Spanish class because you don’t speak Spanish. If you take the class, you’ll probably learn some Spanish. If you take one of our yoga classes, you’ll probably gain some flexibility and calmness.

She's been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and has developed her own unique style, influenced by various traditions and teachers.

She's passionate about honouring her Northern roots and creating classes that she'd love to go to.

All the classes are suitable for everybody. She encourages her students to listen to their own body. Plenty of options for everyone no matter experience or ability. Move, breathe, stretch, sweat, relax and embrace the joy of 
your kinda yoga.
